Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Used items.
• Custom-made or personalized items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coriantemplemaker.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include the RA number on the return package. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us at your own cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
